Order Processing & Logistics Coordinator Location:

Barnesville, PA Job Type:

Full-time We are looking for an organized and dependable individual to handle order processing, invoicing, freight coordination, and customer communication. The employee's desk and primary workspace will be located directly inside our warehouse, allowing them to work closely with the warehouse team and occasionally assist with picking, packing, and other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

Enter and process customer orders accurately Obtain freight quotes and compare shipping options Schedule trucks and coordinate outbound shipments Prepare, post, and email customer invoices Process customer returns and credits Post invoices and complete related transactions in Sage Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping, and estimated delivery dates Coordinate closely with warehouse employees to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly Maintain accurate order and shipment records Help resolve order discrepancies and shipping issues Occasionally assist with picking, packing, and other warehouse duties Perform other related operational duties as needed

Qualifications:

Strong computer and data-entry skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment Comfortable communicating and coordinating with customers, salespeople, HQ staff, trucking companies, and warehouse employees. Experience with Sage or another ERP/accounting system is strongly preferred Previous experience in order processing, logistics, shipping, invoicing, or warehouse operations is preferred Dependable, responsible, and willing to help wherever needed

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

The workstation is located inside an active warehouse Must be able to occasionally lift and handle cartons while helping with picking and packing We are looking for a hands-on team player who takes ownership of their work and understands the importance of accurate, timely order fulfillment.

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.50 per hour
