This position is responsible for managing billing operations, reviewing invoices for accuracy, coordinating with customers and carriers, and ensuring timely processing of freight and logistics documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced logistics or transportation environment.

Job Purpose:

Maintain the Logistics Billing department's accounting

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interline Payables Processing
• Accounts Receivable Processing
• Accounts Payable Processing
• Billing charges verification
• Maintain and track documents related to assigned loads to carriers and their agreed rates and fees to the customers.
• Complete the 3-way matching verification for payment process of invoices
• Review invoices and check requests
• Sort and match invoices and check requests
• Set invoices up for approval and payment
• Reconciliation of payments
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries Consults with: Accounting Manager Accounting Analyst Dispatch Manager Dispatch Supervisor Dispatch Clerks Education and/or

Experience:

• Requires 1-2 years of work experience
• Requires 6 months experience with TruckMate Software
• Good organizational skills
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Able to adhere to strict deadlines

Computer Skills:

Strong computer skills required; excellent with Excel and all Microsoft Office Automatic #ALLN-1

Pay:

$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
