We're seeking a Service Logistics Coordinator to become a vital link between our customers, field service technicians, and operations team. If you thrive on organization, communication, and keeping things running smoothly—this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate and dispatch technicians based on customer needs and real-time scheduling Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email Order, receive, track parts and supplies; manage warehouse inventory Assist with generating and sending monthly service proposals Schedule and track preventative maintenance and calibrations for equipment and vehicles Support field operations as needed (occasional travel/field work may be required) Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure timely service delivery Perform other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:

Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment Highly organized and dependable with strong follow-through Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling or dispatching software Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs and supporting hands-on tasks when needed Flexible supporting occasional weekend or overnight scheduling demands Bonus Points (Preferred but Not Required): Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, inventory control, or customer service Familiarity with field service coordination, inventory systems, or maintenance tracking Knowledge of vehicle or equipment maintenance workflows
