Supply Chain Coordinator AstaTech, Inc Bristol, PA Job Details Full-time From $50,000 a year 3 hours ago Qualifications Master's degree Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Position Overview AstaTech, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support purchasing, vendor management, inventory, logistics, and customer communication. This role works closely with Project Management, QC, laboratory operations, and external customers and suppliers to keep orders and projects on schedule. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while identifying opportunities to improve operational processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with Project Management, QC, laboratory, customer service, vendors, and customers to monitor project and order status. Communicate with customers by email and phone regarding order status, delays, and resolutions. Issue and follow up on purchase orders , vendor confirmations, shipments, and backorders. Monitor inventory, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and work with carriers and 3PL providers. Verify purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices, and delivery information for accuracy. Maintain accurate supply chain, inventory, vendor, and project information in company systems. Identify opportunities to improve databases, reporting, workflows, and automation . Maintain and update SOPs and support operational and special projects. Qualifications Master's degree in Chemistry, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field with 0-2 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel . Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks. Experience with ERP, inventory, database, or purchasing systems is a plus. Experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or life science industry is a plus. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus. Experience with SQL, Python, or other automation/database tools is a plus.
