JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of clerical, administrative, and general office support duties within a warehouse and logistics environment. This role assists with shipment scheduling, document management, recordkeeping, filing, data entry, and customer communication to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is computer literate, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics setting. M-F 830-5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods. Create, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and databases using various software applications. Receive and screen emails, and visitors, responding to routine inquiries and directing communications as appropriate. Gather, compile, and summarize data to assist with operational reporting and analysis. Assist with shipment tracking, inventory documentation, and logistics-related administrative tasks. Communicate and coordinate information between warehouse personnel, transportation providers, customers, and other departments. Maintain confidential and accurate records in accordance with company policies. Support daily warehouse operations by providing general administrative assistance. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma 1 - 3 years' relevant experience. Ability to read/write and interpret documents. Associates Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent. Warehouse experience. Logistics experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
