Your work will be instrumental in ensuring efficient coordination, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining the highest standards or order management.

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Ephrata, PA (onsite)

WHAT YOU DO

• Process customer logistics orders and service requests accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customers' orders and requests
• Schedule delivery appointments for outbound transportation orders
• Provide regular status updates to customers
• Resolve Customer concerns with effective communication, excellent order management, and customer service
• Ensure orders are invoiced accurately and on time

WHAT YOU BRING

• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-pasted environment and have attention-to-detail
• Procedural mindset with ability to prioritize and efficiently manage high email volume
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers via email and phone
• Previous experience in produce and logistics industry is preferred
• Ability to perform, collaborate, and effectively work with others in a team-based environment
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) is preferred
