Project & Logistics Assistant Location:

Exton, PA Full-time Frontage Laboratories:

Frontage Laboratories Inc. is an award winning, full-service, CRO/Contract Research Organization operating over 25 state-of-the-art laboratories across the US, Canada and China. Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist Project Management and Kit/Logistics teams with inventory management including but not limited to kit parts, kits, labels, and shipment materials. Monitor and restock office supplies. Print labels and create label packets. Monitor and fulfill supply orders from sites. Complete kit and shipper builds. Complete QC of kit builds. Schedule and track logistics of outgoing and incoming shipments. Billing entry for labels, kits, and supply fulfillment. Taking meeting minutes. Data entry for kitting activities. Creation of kit build and order documentation.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Highschool diploma, GED, or higher. Excellent communication skills. Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and other computer skills. High level of accountability with self and others. Hands-on approach with a desire to teach others. Track record of challenging the status quo. Team and action oriented. Problem-solving. Priority setting.
