Position Summary The Logistics Coordinator will support air import and export operations, ensuring shipments are accurately documented, coordinated, tracked, and completed on schedule. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day logistics support for air import and export shipments. Coordinate shipments from order placement through final delivery. Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping and logistics documentation. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams, including Sales, Procurement, Warehousing, and Transportation. Track orders and shipments to ensure deliveries remain on schedule. Monitor shipment progress and proactively identify and address potential delays or issues. Obtain shipping quotations and maintain accurate freight costing records. Communicate with carriers and external partners to resolve transportation and delivery issues. Provide timely shipment updates to customers and suppliers. Maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and documentation. Prioritize orders and deliveries according to customer requirements and business needs. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established logistics procedures. Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the Logistics Department. Qualifications & Skills University or college degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration , or a related field. Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or freight coordination is preferred. Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, food, or related industries is an asset. Knowledge of air import/export processes and shipping documentation is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and coordination skills.
