About the Role As a Logistics Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in the supply chain by ensuring that customer orders are processed with precision and speed. You will utilize modern inventory technology to manage merchandise flow, directly impacting our ability to meet delivery commitments and maintain high service levels in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Execute the full lifecycle of order fulfillment, including receiving, picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for outbound shipping. Utilize warehouse management systems and hardware, such as RF scanners and touchscreen interfaces, to ensure inventory accuracy. Uphold rigorous safety and operational compliance standards to foster a secure and efficient workplace. Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve daily throughput targets while maintaining high quality control standards. Maintain an organized and hazard-free workspace to facilitate smooth operational workflows. Adapt to shifting priorities and support various warehouse functions as directed by leadership to optimize overall productivity. Required Skills Must be at least 18 years of age. Demonstrated ability to follow complex operational instructions and meet performance benchmarks. Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the duration of a shift. Proficiency in operating standard warehouse tools, including pallet jacks and safety cutters. Reliable attendance and the flexibility to support operational needs during peak periods. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a fast-paced warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing setting. High school diploma or equivalent educational background. Familiarity with digital inventory tracking tools and warehouse technology.
