Job Description:

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Order Management Specialist opening! This temp to hire opportunity offers full time, 1st shift hours, 730a-4p, Mon-Fri. Pay is $27.00-30.00/hr based on experience.

In this role you will:

prepare and follow up on customer quotes ensure quotes are completed and that orders are entered in the ERP communicate w/ customers regarding delivery dates and changes resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and quality communicate change orders to the planning team Candidates for this role must have customer service experience/order management experience in a manufacturing setting. Successful candidates will be able to manage multiple priorities, have strong communication skills, be detailed oriented, and be a natural problem solver.
