Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and nurturing care to children and individuals with diverse needs. In this vital role, you will create a safe, engaging, and positive environment that promotes growth, development, and well-being. Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Plan and implement engaging activities that support early childhood development, learning, and fun Ensure the safety of all individuals by adhering to safety protocols, including first aid and CPR procedures when necessary Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about daily activities, progress, and any concerns Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and nap times for young children Support behavior management strategies to encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation Maintain a clean, organized environment that complies with health and safety standards Skills Experience working with individuals with disabilities and understanding their unique needs Strong background in toddler care, preschooler care, and elementary school-age children's supervision Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Proficiency in activity planning tailored to children's interests and developmental stages Certified in first aid and CPR with the ability to respond swiftly in emergencies Excellent communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration Classroom or daycare experience with a focus on behavior management and childhood education techniques Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Experience in babysitting or nannying roles demonstrating reliable caregiving skills Join us as a Caregiver to make a positive impact through nurturing support, engaging activities, and dedicated care.
