McKees Rocks, PA Pay:

$25/hour | Full-Time Our client is hiring a detail-oriented Logistics Scheduling Administrator to manage customer shipments and coordinate with drivers, customers, and sales offices. Responsibilities Create Bills of Lading and establish OTR loads Coordinate multiple-drop, partial, hotshot, and international shipments Post loads to external load boards Build efficient delivery routes by batching orders Coordinate with drivers and customers Invoice orders after shipment Requirements Basic Word & Excel skills Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work as part of a team Logistics/shipping experience is a plus Benefits Medical, dental & vision, 401(k), paid vacation and paid holidays after 90-day probation.
