We're looking for an experienced Director of Order Processing to lead one of the most critical departments in our company. About the Role Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Executive Leadership, the Director of Order Processing will be responsible for ensuring customer orders move accurately and efficiently from submission through release to manufacturing. You will lead the team responsible for reviewing, processing, and preparing customer orders for production, ensuring every detail is accurate, complete, and clearly communicated before manufacturing begins. This role is an important link between our customers, sales team, and manufacturing operation. You'll help improve processes, strengthen communication, develop your team, and ensure we continue delivering the quality and service our customers expect from Kountry Kraft.   • Lead, coach, and develop the Order Processing team
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders
  • Oversee the order process from submission through production release
  • Improve speed, accuracy, quality, and productivity throughout the order process
  • Review and help resolve complex or non-standard order requirements
  • Ensure order details, specifications, and documentation are complete and accurate before release to production
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Purchasing
  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve workflow and communication
  • Help evaluate and improve software and systems used for quoting, order processing, and drafting
  • Establish and monitor department standards, procedures, and performance expectations
  • Support dealers and sales representatives in resolving order-related questions and issues

  • 10+ years of leadership or relevant industry experience
  • Cabinet manufacturing or woodworking industry experience preferred
  • Understanding of cabinetry construction and design
  • Ability to read blueprints and architectural drawings
  • Experience working with CAD or cabinetry design software
  • Experience with ERP or order management systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Degree in Engineering, Cabinetry, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered Why Kountry Kraft?
