Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM Corporate Grind is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to help manage the daily flow of inbound and outbound trailers at our facility. This position serves as a central point of communication between drivers, the shipping clerk, customers, suppliers, and the warehouse. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for keeping our dock schedule organized, maintaining accurate information, and making sure the correct trailers and loads are in the right place at the right time. Primary Responsibilities Schedule inbound loads and assign appropriate dock space based on the daily schedule. Reserve dock availability for outbound loads to ensure outbound shipments can be loaded and dispatched efficiently. Maintain an accurate, up-to-date dock schedule throughout the day. Keep track of which docks are occupied, available, scheduled, or awaiting a trailer. Monitor and respond to incoming emails and phone calls regarding shipments, deliveries, pickups, scheduling changes, and other logistics needs. Use information received by phone, email, drivers, and warehouse personnel to keep company Excel spreadsheets updated and accurate at all times . Track inbound and outbound loads and update schedules as changes occur. Manage empty trailers , including tracking their locations, availability, and where they are needed. Work closely with the Shipping Clerk to ensure the correct trailers are brought to the appropriate docks when needed. Communicate trailer movements and scheduling priorities to the Shipping Clerk and other warehouse personnel. Help identify scheduling conflicts, dock shortages, or trailer availability issues before they disrupt operations. Follow up on scheduled loads to ensure trailers arrive and depart as expected. Maintain organized and accurate logistics records. Assist management with other shipping, receiving, and logistics-related responsibilities as needed. Driver Communication & After-Hours Availability Corporate Grind drivers may be operating outside of normal office hours. The Logistics Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for company drivers while they are on the road. Although the regular office schedule is 7:30 AM-4:30 PM , this position requires reasonable availability outside normal business hours to respond to driver questions, schedule changes, delays, trailer issues, or other transportation-related situations that may arise while Corporate Grind drivers are over the road. The ideal candidate should be comfortable receiving and responding to occasional calls or messages from drivers outside regular office hours when operational needs require it. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized and comfortable managing several moving parts at once. This person should enjoy keeping schedules organized, communicating with different people, and making sure information is accurate.
Candidates should have:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Experience using Microsoft Excel and maintaining spreadsheets. Ability to stay organized while schedules and priorities change throughout the day. Comfortable answering phones and communicating professionally through email. Ability to communicate effectively with truck drivers, warehouse employees, suppliers, customers, and management. Dependability and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, shipping/receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.

PM Position:
Full-Time, Salaried About the Role The Logistics Coordinator is an important part of keeping Corporate Grind's daily operations running smoothly. The person in this position will have a real-time view of what is coming into the facility, what needs to leave, which docks are available, and which trailers are available. Success in this position requires someone who can stay ahead of the schedule rather than simply react to it . The right candidate will keep information current, communicate changes quickly, and work closely with the Shipping Clerk and warehouse team to keep trailers and materials moving efficiently.
