Full Time Pay Rate:

$17.50 / Hour Security Experience (C112): Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant security experience. This includes, but is not limited to, roles in security management, loss prevention, or any position that involves safeguarding people and property. Customer Service Experience (B219): Candidates must demonstrate a background in customer service. This experience should reflect the ability to interact positively with customers, resolve issues, and provide assistance in a professional manner.

AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and vehicle entry, and directing authorized personnel to designated areas. Maintain accurate access-control logs, issue and collect visitor credentials as required, and report access-related concerns to site leadership. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, business operations, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
