Position Specific Information Our supply chain typically fill a variety of meaningful positions that provide opportunities for personal and professional development while contributing to DuPont through implementing supply chain and procurement process improvements, driving competitively advantaged supply of materials and services, and optimizing distribution networks. Asset Scheduler Distribution Requirements Planner Material Planner Demand Coordinator Business Process Specialist Procurement Process Improvement Specialist Program and Position Requirements The DuPont Field Engineering & Supply Chain Development Program seeks top talent. To be considered for enrollment, candidates must meet the following requirements: Pursuing or hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain/Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business from an accredited institution GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0 scale) Preferred minimum of 6 months of paid co-op or internship equivalent experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, engineering, operations management, or related fields Maximum of 3 years of full-time industry work experience 100% geographic flexibility to allow for best career development fit Willingness to relocate to a new location every 2 to 3 years A four-year company commitment to complete a minimum of two assignments (usually 24 months per assignment) Legal right to work in the United States without restriction Preferred Six sigma green belt certification (or willingness to become certified in the first 24 months) Experience building sustainable customer relationships, business acumen, program management, and process improvement.
