What you´ll do Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, capacity, inventory, and material availability. Plan and procure bulk raw materials in a on time and full manner to support production needs Manage and reconcile raw materials inventory against SAP, investigate and troubleshoot discrepancies. Identify and proactively address material shortages and potential production disruptions. Communicate production schedules, material risks, and changes across cross-functional teams. Partner with plant material planner to ensure materials are available when needed. Adjust production schedules based on changing priorities, capacity, and material availability. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of production planning, material planning, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP/MRP systems. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
