- 3rd Shift | Monday - Friday | 10:30pm-6:30am + OT as required | $1.00 Shift Differential
- What you´ll do
- + Rotate between operating equipment on production and shipping and receiving to support operational needs, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to production demands.
+ Operates machines and production equipment safely following all procedures.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a computer for the completion of quality checks and downtime entry for tracking, including Microsoft Word, Excel.
+ Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
+ Gain multiple task skills to effectively backfill any outages in specific areas
+ Acts as a role model and provides direct feedback to encourage appropriate work behaviors
- What makes you a good fit
- + 1-2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment; operating forklifts and familiarity with operating equipment.
+ Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
+ Participate in High-Performance Systems (HPS) activities.
+ Handling Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and products throughout the facility.
+ Assist in shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading materials and verifying inventory.
+ Acquire multiple task skills to effectively backfill any outages in specific areas of production.

This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
