IT Job Description Role - ADMS SME Consultant Location - Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Contract Job Description:
Provide functional and technical expertise on Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) solutions. Work with electric utility distribution operations, including SCADA, Distribution Management, and Outage Management . Support ADMS implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and production support. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into ADMS solutions. Work with utility distribution processes such as fault detection, isolation and service restoration (FDIR), switching, outage management, and network analysis . Integrate ADMS with systems such as GIS, SCADA, OMS, MDMS, and enterprise applications . Troubleshoot ADMS application, integration, and data-related issues. Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities. Collaborate with utility business users, engineers, developers, and other technical teams. Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and solution designs.
Must Have Skills:
ADMS experience in the Electric Utility / Power Distribution domain. Strong knowledge of SCADA, OMS, GIS, and Distribution Management Systems . Experience with ADMS implementation, configuration, integration, or support. Understanding of distribution network operations and utility workflows .
