Contract:
3-month temporary contract with a view to becoming permanent

Hybrid The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Supporting procurement and logistics operations to ensure the efficient supply of goods and services across the organisation Managing procurement activities including quotations, tenders, contract management, and supplier engagement Identifying and delivering cost-saving initiatives, product standardisation programmes, and process improvements Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency Analysing procurement and stock management data to provide recommendations that improve performance and value for money Supporting inventory management, stock reviews, and supply chain optimisation projects Ensuring procurement activities are undertaken in line with relevant public sector procurement regulations and organisational policies The ideal candidate will have: Previous procurement experience within a public sector, NHS, or similarly regulated environment A CIPS qualification or be working towards one Strong contract management and supplier relationship management experience Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities Experience of stock management, inventory control, or supply chain operations would be advantageous To apply for this role and for more information, please send your updated CV to Jake Simms at jsimms@venngroup.com or call 0161 830 1830 .
