Job Description

The Bilingual International Transport/Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling of inbound and outbound deliveries using less than truckload and truck load carriers. These shipments will be coordinated with our Sales and Customer Service Departments. The International Traffic Coordinator will also be responsible for providing required documentation for shipments leaving/arriving to the US and various miscellaneous international duties. The primary focus of this role is on international shipments. However, this role also assists with domestic shipments as required. Additionally, this role has duties related to Customs Compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Communicate and work closely with Customer Service and Distribution on getting products to the customer. Build, process, and rate shipments. Freight bill approval. Provide necessary documents for shipments leaving/arriving to the US. Process orders for trade shows. Assist Customs Compliance Department with tasks related to the research and assignment of Country-of-Origin values for certain vendors and parts. Conduct yearly solicitation of vendors to confirm County-of-Origin values Research and manage Free Trade Agreements applicable to True Manufacturing The Bilingual International Transport/Logistics Coordinator is an office-based role. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is required. Eligibility for up to one (1) remote workday per week may be permitted, subject to business needs and departmental guidelines. Perform core job responsibilities through regular in-person collaboration, including participation in meetings, team discussions, and cross-functional coordination. Collaborate with fellow team members and leadership in a shared work environment to support innovation and timely decision-making, problem-solving, and operational effectiveness. Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support and respond to day-to-day business needs, including attendance of scheduled meetings and real-time collaboration as needed to ensure alignment on department and company priorities. Meet regularly with manager in-person to align on workload, priorities, performance, and ongoing professional development. High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. One or more years of related experience required. Prior transportation/logistics experience strongly desired. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand both English and Spanish fluently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional organization and time management skills. The hours for this position are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
