Position Purpose The Engine Services Production Coordinator supports department operations by coordinating work orders, managing documentation, and tracking work in process to ensure efficient workflow execution. This role ensures regulatory compliance, accurate maintenance records, and effective communication with internal and external customers to support quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Director of Engine Services. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Performs incoming records review for engines and accessories to determine status regarding Manufacturer's maintenance requirements, life limited parts, Services Bulletins/Modifications and Airworthiness Directives. Performs work scope analysis and creates quotes and bids. Creates Work Order in Corridor and on SharePoint. Completes final inspection documentation. Collects time sheets from field technicians and enters labor, per diem, and expenses on the work orders. Maintains customer maintenance records to forecast future repair/overhaul needs. Submits technical reports to Safran. Reviews work files for complete and accurate documentation of work performed and submits for billing. Tracks and monitors Work-in-Progress (WIP). Communicates with customers, technicians, and vendors to ensure work progress, completion, and billing efficiency. Creates E-forms (RMA's) and sets up shipments for engine/modules being sent in for overhaul, repair, or exchange. Maintains and updates department forms and documents. Coordinates shipment of tools and parts to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Works closely with other departments to ensure jobs run smoothly. Participates in special projects as needed to improve the department and company. Works with Accounting Department - PO, WO, and vendor and customer invoicing inquiries. Tracks jobs by updating the Outlook calendar and Open WO spreadsheet. Additional job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management. Also, may occasionally be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work Full-Time Monday- Friday, day shift, must be available for occasional OT as needed. This position reports to the worksite daily or can be remote upon approval. Travel This position may require occasional travel. Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required.
