Essential Functions:
- + Provides environmental oversight for assigned service area\.+ Provides direction and support for OHM spill containment and cleanup\.+ Provides on
- call availability for storm and after
- hours emergency OHM spill response in assigned service area\.
- up actions and responses\.+ Assists in site assessment and remediation activities at Company locations regulated by state and/or federal rules as hazardous waste sites\.+ Assists in property sale and acquisition environmental ASTM \(/American Society for Testing and Materials\) / AAI \(All Appropriate Inquiry\) due diligence activities\.+ Drives proactive PCB removal program for assigned area\.

Technical Knowledge/Skills:
_ + Requires knowledge regarding spill containment and cleanup; emergency spill response; PCB waste testing and disposal, collection, transport, documentation \(manifests\) and disposal of hazardous and regulated materials \(including asbestos\); development and maintenance of substation facility SPCC plans; water/wastewater discharge permits; preparation of substation annualLEPC & SARA

Education/ Experiences:
_ + Bachelor's degree in environmental science, related field or equivalent experience\. _Experience:
