Job Description
Position Overview ES3 Transportation Specialist's are responsible to manage ES3 Partner inbound and outbound loads from the ES3 York, PA facility, including but not limited to: truckload, intermodal, LTL freight, Partner returns, and Ocean Port inbound container moves. The Transportation Specialist coordinates and executes timely tendering of all managed freight, maintain carrier capacities by lane, expected on time performance metrics, all while adhering to budgeted freight margin results for their assigned area of responsibility. This role requires development, execution and management of strong internal and external relationships with carriers, partners, warehousing and transportation teams to drive an effective overall customer experience.

10 Optical Ave, Keene, NH 03431 The Specialist reviews any gaps in expected margin based on current partner tariffs for their assigned area of responsibility. The analyst will negotiate rates within the budgeted freight margin with carriers, and make tariff recommendations to their supervisor, to address any profitability concerns. The Specialist will properly maintain system data integrity ensuring rates and capacities are updated regularly. Manage load filter to ensure all loads are tendered with an agreed upon rate, and maintain proper system records to reflect accurate and current Line Haul for all active carriers. Using established on time delivery data, and DAT Market rates, the analyst reviews individual lanes per their assigned area of responsibility to determine which carrier(s) is best utilized on each lane. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with both asset carriers and brokers. Leveraging relationships to ensure the profitable and timely delivery of freight. Communicating with carriers to ensure on time delivery. Address any delivery concerns and issues, ensuring the correct business partners are aware and can advise on next steps. Accessorial requests are to be processed timely, within 48 hours of receipt, to ensure accurate and timely carrier invoicing.Environment Office:
