Provides entry-level professional administrative and program support to Material Program Management and Integrated Project Teams. Supports supply-chain coordination, data management, reporting, meeting activities, and problem identification while developing knowledge of material planning processes and systems. Maintains a professional company image and upholds the organization's mission, values, and culture.



Job Responsibilities Perform professional administrative work of an introductory nature in preparation for career advancement

Perform entry-level professional administrative staff duties in support of functional areas, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility

Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction

Type and word-process draft documents and electronic information

Prepare routine reports with guidance

Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications

Assist in arranging meetings, conferences, and project team activities

Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials

Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

Qualifications High school diploma or GED and enrolled college student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Ability to communicate successfully orally and in writing

Ability to efficiently utilize standard office software and computer equipment

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Desired Skills Understanding of the supply-chain ecosystem.

Interest and enthusiasm for supply-chain and material program management.

Ability to quickly assess information and maintain situational awareness.

Strong problem-identification and solution-oriented thinking skills.

Ability to work effectively with supply-chain partners and cross-functional teams.

Willingness to learn Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.

Willingness to learn Power BI and other data-reporting tools.

Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.

Ability to learn and take on progressively more complex responsibilities.

Ability to contribute effectively as a junior-level member of an IPT.

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
