Only Video The Temporary Fleet & Facilities Asset Coordinator will provide short-term operational and administrative support for fleet, facilities, and asset management activities. The role will focus on tracking, documentation, data updates, communication, and coordination with internal teams, regional staff, vendors, and other stakeholders. The position will support fleet and asset tracking, inventory and tagging, delivery and surplus activities, warranties, invoices, and operational follow-ups. The successful candidate should be organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to quickly learn processes and work independently in a changing operational environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily fleet, facilities, and asset management activities. Maintain and update asset, fleet order, inventory, and tracking records. Assist with asset inventory, tagging, delivery, and surplus tracking. Organize and maintain operational documentation and records. Track and follow up on fleet acquisitions, warranties, invoices, purchase orders, and deliveries. Coordinate with internal teams, regional staff, vendors, and other stakeholders. Prepare or update reports, dashboards, status updates, SOPs, and communication materials. Maintain accurate data and support basic reporting and operational analysis. Respond to inquiries and provide timely follow-up on assigned items. Perform other related duties to support ongoing fleet and facilities operations. Qualifications Education & Experience - Option 1 Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in fleet, facilities, maintenance, asset management, or a related technical discipline. OR Education & Experience - Option 2 High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in maintenance or a related technical discipline. Additional Requirements Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Experience maintaining records, documentation, audit/compliance files, or databases. Experience coordinating with teams, vendors, or cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with asset inventory, tagging, tracking, or asset management systems. Working knowledge of spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, and data management. Experience reviewing invoices, purchase orders, contracts, warranties, or delivery records. Ability to manage multiple priorities, learn quickly, and work with minimal supervision.
