The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and/or licensing matters. Franchise experience is preferred, but not required. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials, detail oriented and writing skills are essential.Practice Description:
The Franchise & Distribution Practice at Greenberg Traurig advises leading and emerging brands on the development, expansion, and operation of franchise, licensing, and distribution networks in the United States and around the world.
