6 months+ Hybrid(3days) Required Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on software development experience. Strong experience developing applications with .NET 10 and C# . Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server . Strong SQL development skills, including: Query optimization Database design Stored procedure development Performance tuning Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting payroll, financial services, human capital management, or other enterprise business applications . Experience working within Agile development environments. Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
