We're looking for how you think, organize, communicate, and solve problems. What You'll Do As Logistics Coordinator , you'll help make sure the right drivers and equipment are in the right place at the right time.

You'll:

• Build and adjust driver and equipment schedules
• Spot potential coverage problems before they become emergencies
• Make real-time changes when drivers, equipment, or customer needs change
• Communicate plans clearly with drivers, dispatch, and customers
• Audit upcoming dispatches and catch things others may have missed
• Create contingency plans when the original plan doesn't work
• Identify opportunities to pick up additional work
• Build strong relationships with drivers and customers

Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday:

5:00 PM-3:30 AM, including approximately 2.5 hours of self-selected break time

Saturday:

On call for run offerings -

Remote Sunday:

5:00 PM dispatch handoff meeting + on call - Remote Typical workweek: 42-50 hours

Hybrid:

Able to work remotely as operations allow, up to 3 days a week. You must live within drivable distance of the Savannah area.

Training Pay:

$900/week (40 hours) After completion of training: $1,128/week | $58,656/year What You'll Need

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
