$18/hour | Full Time | Full benefits package About the Role The Repair Depot Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of our Service and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) operations. This position supports our mission to deliver a seamless, reliable, and client-focused repair experience. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end RMA workflow, ensuring accuracy in part tracking, and coordinating closely with our Service, Inventory, Shipping, and Repair teams. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in operational excellence. What You'll Do Manage the full RMA repair workflow from intake through completion Scan inbound parts, assign disposition statuses, and accurately track all movements Update and maintain service logs and close RMA cases with detailed accuracy Complete Inventory Return Forms for spare parts returning to stock Organize and process customer returns daily Collaborate with Service, Inventory, Shipping, and Repair departments to ensure smooth operations Receive and track RMAs for key accounts and items routed to 3rd-party repair facilities Fulfill RMA orders by coordinating with Service Technicians to request and track required components Verify warranty status and communicate updates to customers Provide proactive repair status updates to clients Process completed repair and warranty returns and coordinate next steps with Shipping and Inventory What You Bring Authorization to work in the U.S. and the ability to pass a background/drug screening Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams Strong comfort with Windows-based PCs, internet tools, and email communication Ability to lift and transport boxes up to 30 lbs as part of daily responsibilities Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members Strong time management and the ability to prioritize shifting tasks Accuracy in data entry and documentation Who Thrives in This Role?
