is an established, rapidly growing, veteran-owned small business providing Global Logistics and Supply Chain management, systems and analysis. We are seeking a Joint Logistics Enterprise Coordinator who will thrive in a challenging, rewarding, process-oriented environment. You will be part of a team supporting the Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), Installations and Logistics (I&L), Logistics Current and Future Operations Branch (LPOV) to provide subject matter expertise to support the GPN PO across its functional areas: Governance, Fiscal, and Joint Logistics Enterprise (JLEnt)/HN. The primary objective is to provide on-site and off-site support to staff the PO, ensuring that GPN program actions are synchronized, and capabilities are effectively managed and modernized. The Joint Logistics Enterprise Coordinator develops communications products, plans, materials, and strategies; leads communication tasks; meets with client regularly to discuss initiatives and establish priorities.
Location:
Primarily on-site, Pentagon, Arlington, VA. Periodic remote work based on space availability.
Salary:
A salary range of $120,000 - $175,000 is available for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Provide dedicated doctrine and policy writing support to the Governance Section. Under this task, the contractor will leverage operational experience to operationalize concepts and codify GPN processes into official Service publications. Provide senior-level coordination support to the JLEnt/HN Section to synchronize GPN capability delivery with external logistics partners. Under this task, the contractor will act as a primary conduit for mitigating service-level logistics gaps. Coordinate with external Joint Organizations (e.g., (United States Transport Command) USTRANSCOM, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)) and Host Nation military planners to gather and exchange operational information. Identify operational logistics gaps and analyze potential joint or allied capability solutions to mitigate service shortfalls. Organize and facilitate synchronization meetings with allied and joint representatives to maintain mutual awareness of network capabilities. Provide senior-level partner engagement and ensure all external agreements and operational frameworks are strictly nested within overarching policy structures. Analyze and verify that all GPN partner agreements, international protocols, and host nation support structures are nested with and compliant with enterprise-level Marine Corps logistics policies. Draft engagement plans, objectives, and bilateral agendas for PO leadership's interaction with international and joint stakeholders. Conduct regular assessments of external network operations to ensure they remain aligned with evolving Service-level logistics posture and warfighting concepts.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree Minimum 8 years of relevant DoW or Federal experience. Eight (8) years of experience in DOW and Joint Force logistics initiatives and/or technology development/integration. Eight (8) years of related experience supporting USMC Headquarters Departments and coordination with the FMF. Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a dynamic Military Service environment. Experience integrating USMC Force Design and logistics requirements.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
