Lab Dispatcher Job Description:

PrideStaff is currently working with an international laboratory testing company that has an opening for a fully remote Lab Dispatcher. The Lab Dispatcher will provide support for multiple departments and teams. The Lab Dispatcher will monitor transportation vendor performance, troubleshoot problems, and provide communication support. The ideal Lab Dispatcher is motivated, organized, goal-oriented, and has strong computer and technical skills. The Lab Dispatcher is a full-time, remote, temp-to-hire position in Rochester, NY.

Lab Dispatcher Job Responsibilities:

Manage Third-Party Vendor relationships, Monitor Activities & Evaluate Performance; Resolve Issues from Internal & External Clients Plan & Organize Work, Ensure Adequate Resources in Accordance with Transportation's and Other Department Schedules Maintain Client Data and Route Information Utilizing TMS, Intergis VCR or any Other Applicable System Implement Department Strategy & Communicate a Coherent Vision of the Department Communicate with Internal Departments to Coordinate Work & Resolve Issues as
