Bill Dodge Collision in Westbrook, Maine is growing and looking for an experienced A-Level Auto Body Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled collision repair professional looking for exceptional earning potential, a modern facility, consistent workflow, and a team-focused environment. We are seeking an experienced technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and delivering outstanding results for customers.
Compensation:
$125,000 - $165,000+ per year
Position Type:
Flat Rate What You'll Do Perform vehicle tear-downs and damage assessments for accurate repair planning Repair vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and collision repair standards Review estimates and ensure correct parts are ordered and received Identify and communicate additional repair needs through the supplement process Collaborate with estimators, technicians, and management to ensure repair quality and timely delivery Maintain detailed documentation for repairs, warranty work, and quality control Ensure all repairs meet the highest standards of workmanship and safety Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years of collision repair or body shop experience Strong knowledge of body repair procedures and insurance processes Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Positive attitude and professional work ethic ICAR credentials is desired but not required. Sponsorship offered for those seeking ICAR.
