Responsibilities Assist with category management by organizing and maintaining inventory levels across multiple product categories. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting actionable solutions to streamline operations. Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments, update records, and coordinate deliveries. Coordinate shipping & receiving activities, ensuring timely dispatches and arrivals while verifying documentation accuracy. Operate materials handling equipment such as forklifts safely to move goods within the warehouse or loading areas. Conduct data analysis to monitor inventory levels, order accuracy, and supply chain performance metrics. Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure seamless transportation and delivery services. Skills Strong understanding of logistics concepts including supply chain management, materials handling, and warehouse operations. Experience with ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms for order processing and inventory control. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, including documentation compliance and freight coordination. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS). Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is preferred. Excellent data analysis skills with attention to detail for tracking logistics performance indicators.
