Success:
Role Summary As Logistics Associate you are responsible for the general flow and prioritization of shipments through the warehouse. You are also responsible for tracking the process of waves to ensure shipments are processed timely and provide daily updates on the progress. As a member of the logistics team, you will also train and provide backup to the day-to-day operations in the shipping office as required.

Key Responsibilities Warehouse Control Daily release and prioritization of sales orders Execution and prioritization of shipment waves Tracking of waves to ensure shipments are processed timely and providing the warehouse team with daily updates Liaise for Warehouse & Customer/Consumer Service Teams Communicate regarding urgent shipping requirements Communicate regarding shipment status / cancellations Provide daily reporting on shipments that are cancelled, short-picked or dropped Shipping Operations Processing shipment paperwork, creating BOL's, making sure shipments are closed and packing slip updated Ensure pallets are properly identified, labeled and staged for shipping Day-to-day scheduling / dispatching of carriers and engaging with drivers daily with a positive attitude Provide tracking and status updates of outbound shipments Comply with all safety regulations
