This is a unique, hybrid role that bridges administrative office management with hands-on warehouse logistics. You will be responsible for ensuring shipping accuracy, coordinating freight with external brokers, and executing the physical preparation of products for shipment.

Earn $17.50 / hour to start with a performance increase up to $18.00 / hour after the initial 3-month period.

Core Responsibilities Administrative & Logistics Coordination System Management:

Process shipments through multiple logistics systems to complete the entire shipping workflow.

Order Quality Control:

Audit outbound orders for absolute accuracy and completion; identify and report any errors or missing inventory immediately.

Broker & Freight Relations:

Coordinate with freight brokers to secure competitive shipping quotes and schedule truck pickups for the next day.

Communications & Tracking:

Manage active email communication, follow up on time-sensitive logistical tasks, and monitor shipment schedules to guarantee on-time delivery.

Hands-on Warehouse Operations Shipment Preparation:

Accurately weigh and measure products to prepare them for FedEx Ground and UPS transport.

Packaging & Labeling:

Securely strap and bundle products into specialized groups and apply necessary shipping labels according to compliance standards.

Physical Requirements Lifting Capacity:

Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs.

Agility:

Capability to bend, twist, turn, and stand during shift operations.

Work Environment:

Comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment subject to seasonal temperature fluctuations (heat and cold). Qualifications High level of attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills for broker and team interaction. Familiarity with shipping software or basic digital data entry is preferred.
