Job Description

As we continue to expand our customer base and transportation services, we are seeking a Logistics Coordinator - Domestic LTL to join our team in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Position Overview The Logistics Coordinator - Domestic LTL is responsible for supporting the daily movement and management of Less-Than-Truckload shipments throughout the United States. Working closely with customers, LTL carriers, and internal operations teams, you will coordinate shipments, monitor freight activity, resolve service issues, maintain accurate transportation records, and help ensure customer freight moves efficiently from pickup through final delivery. This position is ideal for someone with experience in LTL transportation, dispatch, freight brokerage, carrier operations, or logistics coordination who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate domestic LTL shipments from pickup through final delivery Communicate proactively with customers, LTL carriers, terminals, and internal operations teams Utilize the MyPNGLC Transportation Management System (TMS) to manage daily shipment activity Monitor pickups, transit activity, appointments, and deliveries Resolve service issues, delays, missed pickups, and delivery exceptions Assist with freight claims, billing questions, reweighs, reclassifications, and carrier-related issues Maintain accurate shipment documentation and operational records Manage multiple customer accounts and customer-specific routing requirements Coordinate carrier selection and transportation execution in accordance with customer and PNG procedures Follow established SOPs and carrier requirements Identify opportunities to improve routing, service performance, communication, and operational efficiency Work closely with other PNG departments to provide consistent customer service Qualifications Experience in LTL transportation, trucking operations, dispatch, freight brokerage, or logistics coordination strongly preferred 1-3 years of transportation or logistics experience preferred; stronger candidates are encouraged to apply Familiarity with LTL carriers, freight classifications, accessorial charges, transit times, and transportation terminology is a plus Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics software preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities while maintaining accuracy Professional, dependable, and accountable Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork Compensation & Benefits PNG Worldwide offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible full-time employees, including: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Performance-based growth opportunities 100% company-paid medical and dental insurance Prescription drug coverage Employer-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Profit sharing program Paid holidays and paid time off Remote work opportunity after one year of employment, up to eight weeks per year, subject to performance, supervisor approval, advance scheduling, and operational needs Tuition reimbursement Professional development opportunities Employee referral program Part-time opportunities are also available for up to 25 hours per week at $25.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
