Pay Range:

$30 - $37 hourly What's the Job? Execute deployment and distribution plans by creating and managing Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) across the Unilever network. Partner with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation, and Warehousing teams to ensure inventory is deployed efficiently and customer service targets are met. Own and drive key performance metrics including On-Time Deployment, Truckload Utilization, Stock Transfer Accuracy, and Cost Savings. Analyze logistics and inventory data, identify root causes of operational issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Lead cross-functional collaboration around capacity planning, inventory management, scheduling, and master data accuracy. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Management, or a related field. 2+ years of logistics, planning, or supply chain experience within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment. Experience with deployment planning, inventory transfers, DRP processes, transportation, or distribution operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and continuous improvement skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, SAP, Kinaxis, and enterprise logistics systems such as TMS, WMS, or YMS preferred. What's in it for me?
