Job Description
Bankers Equipment Service is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Logistics Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, solving problems, and learning new skills. As a Logistics Technician, you'll work alongside experienced Field Service Technicians preparing, delivering, installing, and maintaining ATMs, cash recyclers, currency counters, and other banking equipment for financial institutions throughout Minnesota and the surrounding region. This position is designed as an entry point into our technical service organization and provides an excellent opportunity to develop into a Field Service Technician. What You'll Do Prepare, inspect, clean, test, and stage banking equipment for deployment. Deliver equipment, parts, and supplies to customer locations. Assist with ATM, ITM, cash recycler, and other banking equipment installations. Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment repairs. Load, unload, move, and rig heavy equipment safely. Receive and inspect incoming equipment and parts. Maintain inventory and warehouse organization. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Complete required documentation accurately. Represent Bankers Equipment Service professionally at customer locations. Perform other operational and shop duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a good driving record Mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Preferred Experience delivering or rigging heavy equipment Experience servicing electromechanical equipment Banking equipment, ATM, ITM, or cash recycler experience Warehouse or inventory experience Forklift experience What We're Looking For The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to build a long-term career in a technical field.
