We support companies that depend on efficient, reliable supply chain operations. Our Burnsville MN office is seeking a Logistics Office Coordinator/Support Specialist , to help strengthen our internal team, making sure all administrative functions are completed and help assure customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a detailed oriented person with experience working in logistics, in a small team environment. And enjoys working with customers, suppliers and transporation providers. This is a fun, caring, smaller office environment. The position is full time Monday-Friday daytime position. We can offer some flexibility in hours, and you can work remotely up to two days per week. It does require you to be domiciled in the Twin Cities metro area. Duties Office administration including invoicing, accounts receivables/payables, customer and vendor and customer onboarding. Operational support : assisting with the routing and expediting of LTL, Truckload and Parcel shipments. Data analysis and reporting through data collection, import/export, and report generation. Required Qualifications Minimum 5years of office experience in the Logistics industry , with a strong understanding of Truckload and LTL shipping. Minimum 2 years of responsbility for Billing, Accounts Receivables and Payables and payment experience. Minimum 2 years performing customer service involving logistics, problem solving, Excel and data proficiency , including data entry, creating spreadsheets, pivot tables, reports, etc. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. Proven Communication and problem solving skills Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of accounting principals, including the use of accounting software such as Quickbooks, Sage, etc. Moderate or greater proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and other reports. Experience working in a small office environment. We want people who are exposed with the end-to-end process. Working for or with LTL and Truckload carriers, arranging pickups, tracking shipments, resolving problems, etc We value college degrees, but we also recognize the importance of experience, industry certifications, and demonstrated proficiency .
