A client in Pittsburgh's South Side is seeking a Supply Chain / Procurement Specialist for a temporary assignment with the possibility of permanent hire, although a long-term decision has not yet been made.

Experience handling invoices and working closely with vendors and accounting teams. Strong customer service and communication skills, particularly over the phone with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Experience with inventory management, inventory tracking, and replenishment. Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Background in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement, Materials Management, or Inventory Control. Ability to follow up on orders, shipments, and vendor commitments to ensure on-time delivery. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
