- $28.50 per hour, depending on experience. This position offers a typical business work schedule
- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM
- 5PM EST.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute onboarding and transition activities for new properties and portfolios.
- Manage transition documentation, tracking tools, dashboards, and operational records.
- Schedule meetings, document key decisions, distribute meeting summaries, and monitor follow up activities.
- Track action items, deadlines, and onboarding requirements to help ensure successful and timely transitions.
- Complete operational onboarding activities, including access requests, setup coordination, vendor onboarding, and department readiness activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, housing agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to support onboarding and transition efforts.
- Assist with reporting, process improvement initiatives, onboarding resources, and transition playbooks.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project coordination, operations support, property management, or related field preferred.
