Up to $35.75 hourly What's the Job? Manage transportation operations across the company's factory network to ensure optimal service and execution. Partner with customers, warehouses, and logistics providers to deliver on-time service and resolve operational challenges. Monitor, analyze, and report on key transportation and supply chain KPIs to drive performance improvements. Evaluate transportation losses, identify trends, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs. Develop and communicate transportation insights and recommendations utilizing Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and proactive solutions. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience. Minimum 2 years of logistics and supply chain experience (or 6 years of relevant experience without a Bachelor's degree). Experience supporting transportation, distribution, warehouse, customer logistics, or supply chain operations. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using Power BI and PowerPoint. Comfort working with integrated business systems and operational data. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
