This position offers a hybrid schedule and involves a variety of tasks to ensure excellence in customer service. The Service Specialist will be responsible for maintaining high standards in data entry, document tracking, and customer interactions, ensuring compliance and timely execution of duties. Responsibilities Building exceptional relationships with internal employees in Service, Payroll, Sales, and Recruiting. Maintaining files containing confidential information. Maintaining client billing information, including new entries, edits, and changes. Assisting with annual customer rate increases. Interfacing with payroll and billing departments. Managing web portal entry in client files. Helping obtain necessary documents from internal staff. Tracking and maintaining company-specific documents. Collaborating with Sales, Recruiting, Compliance, and Payroll to ensure cohesiveness. Reinforcing a culture that places an emphasis on worker safety. Performing other related duties as assigned. Qualifications 3+ years of transportation experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently and meet deadlines under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to persuade an audience. Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population. Excellent problem-solving and judgment skills. Desire to work in a collaborative team environment. Valid driver's license and a car that can be used for work. Required Work Hours The position requires working Wednesday through Sunday, offering a unique schedule that supports a work-life balance. The hours are flexible within these days, with around 0% travel time. Benefits Competitive salary range of $23.00 - $27.00 per hour, plus incentives based on qualifications and experience.
