Job Description

SLINC, LLC
is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented Corporate Travel & Logistics Coordinator to manage travel arrangements for our nationwide driver network. This position is ideal for someone with previous experience as a travel agent, corporate travel consultant, airline reservation specialist, or professional travel coordinator who enjoys solving complex travel situations in a fast-paced environment. Travel coordination will be the primary focus of this role. You will serve as the central point of contact for driver travel during business hours, coordinating airfare, hotels, rental vehicles, rideshare, and other transportation throughout the United States. Our transportation operation moves quickly, and travel plans frequently change. The successful candidate will be someone who can manage multiple travelers simultaneously, quickly evaluate different travel options, communicate clearly, and find practical solutions when schedules change. This is not simply a position for processing reservations. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our travel operation , control costs, anticipate problems, and help keep our drivers moving efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinate and book domestic airline travel for drivers throughout the United States Research and compare flight options to determine the best combination of cost, schedule, routing, and operational efficiency Coordinate hotels, rental vehicles, rideshare, and other ground transportation as needed Manage multiple active itineraries and travel requests simultaneously Handle same-day and last-minute bookings, flight cancellations, delays, missed connections, and itinerary changes Utilize airline reservation systems, corporate booking platforms, and/or Global Distribution Systems (GDS) when applicable Communicate travel arrangements and itinerary changes clearly and promptly with drivers and operations personnel Work closely with dispatch and operations to coordinate driver positioning and transportation Monitor upcoming travel and proactively identify potential scheduling or transportation issues Maintain accurate traveler profiles, loyalty-program information, booking records, and travel preferences Track unused airline tickets, travel credits, refunds, cancellations, and other available travel assets Ensure available travel credits are utilized appropriately before purchasing additional airfare Maintain organized records of travel expenses and associate costs with the appropriate driver, trip, or load Monitor travel spending and identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs Work with airlines, hotels, rental-car companies, and other travel providers to resolve issues Assist with travel receipts, reporting, expense reconciliation, and related administrative responsibilities Help develop and maintain company travel procedures and preferred booking practices Provide additional logistics and operations support during periods of lower travel activity Qualifications Professional travel-booking experience is strongly preferred.

Travel Agent Corporate Travel Consultant Corporate Travel Coordinator Airline Reservation Specialist Travel Management Company (TMC) experience Business Travel Specialist Airline, hotel, or hospitality reservation experience Candidates should also possess: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to remain calm and make good decisions when plans change unexpectedly Ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive requests simultaneously Strong computer and online research skills Experience comparing airfare, schedules, routing, and transportation options Strong customer-service skills when working with drivers, vendors, and internal team members A cost-conscious mindset and ability to balance price with operational needs Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Preferred Experience Previous professional experience booking travel for multiple employees, clients, or travelers Experience with GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport Experience with corporate travel or travel-management platforms Experience managing airline credits, refunds, exchanges, and disrupted travel Familiarity with airline loyalty programs and corporate travel programs Experience coordinating high-volume or last-minute travel Transportation, trucking, logistics, or dispatch experience is helpful but not required What We're Looking For The right person for this role is someone who sees a travel problem and immediately begins working toward a solution. You may be coordinating a routine flight one moment and helping a driver whose flight has been canceled the next. You should be comfortable quickly answering questions such as: "What's the most efficient way to get this driver to their destination today?" "The driver's flight was canceled—what is the best alternative?" "Do we have an unused airline credit that can be applied before purchasing another ticket?" "Is a slightly more expensive nonstop flight actually less expensive for the company once ground transportation and driver time are considered?" We value someone who notices the details: an unused ticket credit, an unnecessarily expensive itinerary, an avoidable overnight stay, or a scheduling conflict before it becomes a problem. Schedule This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position supporting travel needs during normal business hours. The position will work closely with our dispatch and operations teams and will serve as the primary point of contact for driver travel during those hours. About

Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
