$31.00/hour + Overtime After 40 Hours Looking for a high-impact planning role in manufacturing? We're seeking an experienced Material Planner to support production scheduling, inventory management, and material planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in production planning, MRP, ERP systems, supply chain operations, and manufacturing scheduling . Job Duties Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and manufacturing capacity. Use Oracle MRP/MPS or similar ERP systems to manage supply and demand planning. Monitor inventory, work-in-process (WIP), material availability, and production performance. Review and resolve planning exceptions, shortages, reschedules, and past-due orders. Coordinate with purchasing, operations, engineering, quality, and customer service teams. Analyze capacity constraints and develop recovery plans to support on-time delivery. Track key performance metrics including schedule attainment, inventory levels, and material shortages. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning accuracy and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, material planning, supply chain, or manufacturing planning. Experience with OracleMRP/MPS, ERP
systems, or similar planning software. Strong Excel, data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.
