This person is responsible for ensuring coordinationand release of componenets required to meet production schedules and customer requirements. This person will also develop procedures and support systems to optomize inventory levels, tracking containers and metting all packaging needs and optomizing freight.

  • 87,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: High School responsibilities: Material planning activities required to support production demand and satisfy customer requirements.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels and integrity in accordance with department goals and objectives. Responsible for ensuring designated storage location using FIFO principles for all material. Provide customer support both internally and externally when dealing with a majority of customers based overseas. Perform to all quality systems standards. Support and drive continuous improvement activities to positively affect the profitability of the Company.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years Materials/Logistics experience
  • Knowledge of SAP, MRP and Lean Manufacturing required
  • International material planning experience preferred.
