Job Description

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 7 years Aviation Experience in inventory control, parts sales, procurement, warehouse management, forecasting demands and using data metrics to solve operational problems. Government Property
IAW AS 9110
Procedures, Government Property Manual Service Center Property IAW Service Center Agreements Company owned material, Cycle Counts, IAW Company policies, resolving inaccuracies. Compile monthly material reports per contract requirements. Ensure compliance with AS-9110 standards in Purchase, receiving, and storage. • Inquiries from Company website and Inventory Locator Service (ILS) Sourcing raw materials, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships. Vendor selection by company policies; assists in the vendor approval process. Ensure compliance with company policies for approved vendors. Overseeing procurement team activities. Planning product transport, warehousing, and inventory levels to reduce costs. Hazardous Material-shipping Receiving process, IAW company Policies and Procedures.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES OF
Personnel located in material control, parts, shipping and receiving inclusive of but not limited to work scope and schedules to cover operational needs, performance, and salary reviews. Coordination between departments and locations to fill material control requests.
