Backed by long-term investment and a commitment to operational excellence, LindFast Solutions Group is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through collaboration, accountability, and strong alignment between sales, quality, and operations. Position Summary The Value Added Services (VAS) Planner coordinates the flow of customer demand into executable work-in-process (WIP) across LSG's VAS network. - Select the best VAS location based on ship-to destination, available inventory, equipment capabilities, capacity, requested date, and total execution needs.
- Prioritize work using customer commitments, backorders, requested dates, material availability, and approved hot-job requirements.
- Review open WIPs daily and adjust assignments, sequencing, or transfers as conditions change.
- Confirm that inventory, components, labels, packaging materials, work instructions, and required documentation are available before work is scheduled for execution.
- Review any customer SOP's and coordinate pertinent details across departments. What We're Looking For
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent planning or operational experience will be considered.
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, purchasing, distribution, manufacturing, or value-added services preferred.
- Strong understanding of order flow, inventory availability, material requirements, lead times, and production capacity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Clear and professional communication with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP, inventory, planning, or warehouse-management systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multi-site VAS team. What Success Looks Like

- Production teams consistently supplied with executable work that keeps packers and equipment productive.
- Improved schedule attainment, throughput, on-time delivery, and backlog performance.
- Early identification and resolution of inventory, transfer, purchasing, capacity, and documentation constraints.
- Clear priorities, ownership, and communication across Sales, Operations, Procurement, and VAS leadership.
- Reduced avoidable expediting, rework, production interruptions, and overtime. Why Join Us?
