Safe work environment Casual work attire Total Logistics Corp. is a full service, third-party logistics (3PL) company that provides warehousing, transportation, and supply chain management/consulting to all sales channels, including retail, wholesale, and direct to consumer. We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher, who will be responsible for driver and delivery success. This position is based at our Franklin Tennessee location.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee customer deliveries Monitor deliveries and drivers via computer Ensure shipments are dispatched and coordinated in a timely and efficient manner Clear and Consistent communication with on-site managers, admins, and drivers daily Troubleshoot logistics related issues Keep status logs and records of dispatched shipments for record keeping

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word Ability to think quickly and adapt to multiple situations Great time management skills; Efficient and Effective worker Ability to prioritize and plan activities and schedules Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communications, and writing skills Total Logistics Corp. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
